The Maffioli housing project, inserted within the metropolitan area of Treviso-Padua-Venice, arises from the desire to create a complete and comfortable home. Each space, function and material has been designed to meet the needs of the contemporary lifestyle and to increase its quality.
In Maffioli, the house is much more than a simple physical structure. The well-being of the tenant, sustainability and the fabric of relationships become an integral and fundamental part of this new housing organization. Maffioli was conceived thinking about current and future lifestyles, the evolutions of the social fabric, the transformation of families and the interactions between private, public, working and educational life. Starting from these reflections, we have created houses inserted in a wider context that responds to new family and work needs. This ecosystem is inspired by the lifestyles of the past, in particular by the traditions of the local Treviso and Veneto culture. It also integrates the new infrastructure of the digital world with tradition.
